TA-14 is designing one institutional rule across its qualifying paid ecosystem: commercial success should continuously create environmental benefit. Academy, Environmental Integrity tools, the Refrigerant Governor, Admissible Execution Architecture services, Exchange offerings, subscriptions, contracts, municipal deployments and future qualifying TA-14 products can all participate under the governing terms.

ONE RULE ACROSS TA-14
It follows the product, not the product line.
The reinvestment principle is intended to follow qualifying paid TA-14 activity across the institution. A $4.99 monthly service, an annual Academy relationship, an environmental tool, an architecture deployment or a city agreement can all create allocations when the applicable written terms designate them as qualifying.
Environmental Integrity ecosystem
Qualifying EIG, AIR, Personal AIR, HVAC/environmental tools and related services.
Refrigerant Governor
Qualifying licensing, service, deployment or subscription revenue tied to the Refrigerant Governor.
Admissible Execution Architecture
Qualifying licensing, hosted services, implementation, review, verification and managed use.
Exchange & institutional services
Qualifying registrations, reviews, subscriptions, evidence services, examinations and hosted Exchange offerings.
Municipal / city deployments
Qualifying citywide, municipal and public-sector implementations under their governing agreements.
Future TA-14 products
The rule is intended to follow future qualifying paid TA-14 products unless their written terms expressly state otherwise.
RECURRING REINVESTMENT
The longer the relationship continues, the more benefit it can create.
A qualifying monthly payment can create a monthly allocation. A qualifying annual payment can create an annual allocation. A qualifying renewal can create another year. Participants can build a verified cumulative history rather than receiving a one-time recognition and disappearing from the mission.
A qualifying TA-14 payment is received
Monthly, annual, one-time, subscription, service, licensing or deployment revenue can create the reinvestment obligation when expressly covered by the program terms.
The applicable allocation is recorded
The standard program rate is 30%; qualifying municipal or citywide agreements may establish a rate up to 50%.
The participant receives verification
The participant can receive a private record showing the calculation basis, percentage and allocation created through its participation.
The participant selects an eligible mission
Where program rules permit, the participant can express a preference among eligible environmental-integrity destinations or use the general pool.
Transfer and outcome evidence are preserved
When funds are distributed, transfer evidence is retained; where environmental impact is claimed, appropriate outcome evidence follows.
Annual and cumulative recognition is issued
Recurring participants can receive an annual record and qualifying physical plaque showing that year’s verified reinvestment and cumulative contribution.
ANNUAL + CUMULATIVE RECOGNITION
A record they can keep. A plaque they can display.
Qualifying participants can receive a private annual verification record and, under the recognition program, an Environmental Integrity Reinvestment plaque showing the participant, covered year, verified reinvestment amount, eligible mission or destination, cumulative qualifying contribution, record ID and verification method. Recognition is tied to verified allocation evidence—not simply purchased as an award.
MUNICIPAL COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT
A city can help fund its own environmental infrastructure.
Where the governing agreement and applicable law permit, a qualifying municipal deployment can direct eligible reinvestment back into the community that generated it. That can include schools, childcare environments, public buildings, elder-care environments, Personal Atmospheric Integrity access, and citywide Atmospheric Integrity infrastructure. At sufficient scale, the reinvestment generated by the city’s TA-14 relationship could help finance—and potentially fully finance—qualifying Environmental Integrity or Atmospheric Integrity infrastructure for participating schools, subject to actual allocation, scope, costs, authority and evidence.
PARTICIPANT DIRECTION
They can help choose where it goes.
Where program rules permit, the participant may express a preference among governed environmental-benefit missions. They can support something connected to their own environment, something local, something elsewhere in the world, or place the allocation into the general mission pool for evidence-based recommendation.
Environmental Integrity Governance
Help qualifying organizations and communities establish evidence-governed environmental programs, interventions, and public-interest deployments.
Atmospheric Integrity Records
Expand building, facility, community, and network-scale atmospheric evidence infrastructure that can preserve environmental conditions over time.
Personal Atmospheric Integrity
Support qualifying personal atmospheric-integrity access for children, students, older adults, underserved populations, and other appropriate beneficiaries.
Schools & critical human environments
Support qualifying schools, childcare, elder-care, neonatal/incubation, and similarly sensitive environments while keeping environmental evidence distinct from medical diagnosis or clinical claims.
Zoos & critical animal environments
Support qualifying zoos, conservation facilities, shelters, habitats, and other critical animal environments with atmospheric and environmental integrity records and monitoring.
Global Atmospheric Integrity Network
Help connect local environmental evidence infrastructure into interoperable municipal, regional, national, and global atmospheric-integrity networks.
PARTICIPANT VERIFICATION
Transparency without publishing TA-14’s books.
The qualifying participant can receive its own calculation record, applicable percentage, designated amount, allocation status, selected destination and transfer evidence when distributed.
Commercial performance remains private.FUNDING PETITIONS
Eligible entities can petition when capital is available.
Applications should identify environmental need, requested amount, intervention, baseline evidence, budget, measurable benefit and post-intervention measurement plan.
Submission is not a guarantee of funding.EVIDENCE BEFORE IMPACT CLAIMS
A transfer record proves money moved. It does not prove the world changed.
Where an environmental outcome is claimed, the record should connect the allocation to an appropriate baseline, intervention, execution evidence, post-intervention condition, result and limitations.
LONG-TERM DIRECTION
The destination is infrastructure.
The goal is a TA-14 ecosystem in which useful products generate revenue, revenue continuously generates environmental reinvestment, participants can verify and direct their contribution, and scale helps expand Environmental Integrity Governance, Atmospheric Integrity Records, Personal Atmospheric Integrity and global environmental-integrity infrastructure.

01 · Universal qualifying-product rule+
The Environmental Integrity Reinvestment principle is intended to apply across qualifying paid TA-14 products and services, including Academy offerings, Environmental Integrity ecosystem tools, the Refrigerant Governor, Admissible Execution Architecture offerings, Exchange and institutional services, subscriptions, contracts, municipal deployments and future products expressly covered by the program.
02 · Recurring payments create recurring allocations+
Where a monthly, annual, renewal or other recurring payment is expressly designated as qualifying, each covered payment creates a new reinvestment allocation under the applicable written terms.
03 · The allocation guarantee+
For a transaction expressly designated as qualifying, TA-14 guarantees the reinvestment percentage stated in the applicable written program terms. The standard program rate is 30%; municipal or citywide rates may be established by contract up to 50%.
04 · Municipal community reinvestment+
A qualifying municipality may, where its governing agreement and applicable law permit, direct eligible reinvestment allocations toward qualifying public environments within its own community, including schools, childcare environments, public buildings, elder-care environments, Personal Atmospheric Integrity access, and municipal Atmospheric Integrity infrastructure.
05 · School infrastructure funding boundary+
At sufficient deployment scale, a municipal reinvestment allocation may help finance and could potentially fully finance qualifying Environmental Integrity Governance or Atmospheric Integrity infrastructure for participating schools. No representation of full school-system coverage is made unless the actual contracted allocation, project scope, costs, authority and evidence establish it.
06 · Annual and cumulative participant record+
A recurring participant may receive a year-specific record showing that year’s verified reinvestment and a cumulative amount for qualifying participation since the applicable program start date.
07 · Recognition plaque+
TA-14 may issue a physical Environmental Integrity Reinvestment Record or plaque identifying the participant, covered period, verified reinvestment amount, eligible mission or destination, record identifier and verification method. The plaque is recognition of a verified allocation, not an investment security, tax receipt, medical claim or environmental-outcome guarantee.
08 · Participant verification+
TA-14 may provide the qualifying participant with a private allocation record showing the calculation basis, applicable percentage, designated amount, destination status and transfer evidence when distributed.
09 · Commercial privacy+
TA-14 is not required to publish company-wide revenue, transaction volume, customer identities, unallocated balances or other confidential commercial information merely to prove the participant-specific allocation.
10 · Participant preferences+
A qualifying participant may express a preference for an eligible project, geography, organization or general pool where program rules permit. Preference does not create ownership or authority to compel transfer.
11 · Eligibility and selection+
Projects must fit the environmental-integrity mission, present a bounded use of funds, permit appropriate evidence, satisfy applicable law and survive conflicts review.
12 · Atlas role and human authority+
Atlas may assist with research, comparison, evidence review, gap identification, ranking and recommendations. Legal custody, contracting and transfer authority remain with the responsible human and legal entity.
13 · No tax-exempt claim+
This page describes an institutional reinvestment program and does not represent customer payments as charitable contributions or promise a charitable deduction.
14 · Environmental and health boundary+
Environmental evidence does not by itself diagnose disease, establish medical causation, constitute treatment or prove a clinical outcome.
15 · No guaranteed environmental outcome+
The allocation percentage can be guaranteed for a qualifying transaction; funding timing, project completion and environmental or health outcomes are not guaranteed unless separately established by appropriate evidence and written obligation.
